Start accessibility planning at the gangway and Misato berth. Ask whether the operator's shuttle has a lift, where it stops and whether your chair or mobility aid can ride. The castle's historic stairs, crowded market lanes, temple slopes and coastal paths have different barriers; choosing one does not answer for the others. A private car may ease transfer distance but still require vehicle-step and device-storage confirmation.
