Regular Sailing Booking Offer Terms
Book a regular sailing through Gay Cruise List and you receive a complimentary Lifetime Founder’s Membership to Seamen. Here is exactly what that means, because “complimentary” deserves fine print that a human can read.
What a regular sailing is
A regular sailing is an ordinary cruise-line departure that nobody chartered and nobody is hosting a group aboard. It appears on Gay Cruise List because at least one Seamen member has already registered for it. It is not a gay charter or a hosted group, and no gay programming, host, or private event is included or implied.
Who receives the membership
The membership is granted to the lead traveler on the booking — the person named as the primary contact on the confirmed reservation. One membership is granted per booking, regardless of how many people are travelling on it.
When it is granted
The membership is granted once the booking is completed and paid through Seamen Travel Services. Requesting a quote does not qualify, and a quote is not a booking. If a booking is cancelled or refunded before departure, the membership may be withdrawn.
What it includes
A Lifetime Founder’s Membership gives you Seamen’s membership features for the life of the product, with no recurring charge. The stated value reflects Seamen’s current published lifetime membership price and may change. The membership has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or applied against the cruise fare.
Community counts
The number of Seamen members shown on a sailing is an aggregate count supplied by Seamen. It moves as people register and un-register, it is not a guarantee that any particular person will sail, and we never publish member identities. Cruise lines can also move or cancel a departure, which is outside our control.
Pricing shown
Any “from” fare shown on a regular sailing is an indicative lead-in fare from a third-party source, displayed with the date it was checked. It is not a quote, not a booking price, and not a guarantee of availability. Your quoted fare depends on cabin category, occupancy, taxes, fees, and the date you book.
Changes
